The Foundation
The Theta Omicron Foundation was incorporated in the state of North Carolina on September 9, 2016. The formation of the Theta Omicron Foundation is the result of a unanimous decision by brothers in attendance at the 40th Anniversary Celebration of the Theta Omicron Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During the business session of the April 8 – 10, 2016 celebration, a committee of brothers was charged with the task of creating an organization to assist the aims and purposes of colleges and universities in recruiting, retaining, and graduating young scholars. The Foundation is recognized as an exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
